1. The plastic cover must be remove to reveal the filling holes. Carefully pry it off with a thin metal blade, such as a thin flathead screwdriver. Or lay the cartridge on its side with the plastic cap off the edge of a table holding it firmly then break the seal by striking it with a blunt object
Important: Make certain that
2. Connect the needle to the syringe and fill with the correct color of ink.
3. Insert the needle into the hole of the color to be refilled, (see diagram above) and push directly down into the cartridge.
Note: You may feel a slight pressure
4. Slowly inject approximately 7 ml. of ink, per color, into the cartridge. Stop when the ink begins to surface.
Important: The sponge inside is white. And in order to prevent overfilling the chamber, the color of the sponge must remain white. As soon as the ink starts to bubble near the needle then stop injecting, the cartridge is full
5. Rinse the syringe and needle with water and dry between each color refilling or store for future use.
6. The cover can be reconnected with a piece of adhesive tape.
Note: Immediately refill any cartridge that has become empty.
