FYI, there is software available that will reset cartridges for Canon Pixma MP 160 and the whole MP100 and MP400 series. It is called "MPTool.exe" and it works well. It is available on the web and must be used in "LOW MODE" for the printer. It is freeware and I have the instructions in English. I'm happy to upload it to you if you wish to provide it on your site. I purchased your re-fill kit for my Lexmark X6570. No problem refilling the cartidges. It doesn't work with the Lexmark Software, though. The printer still says it is our of ink (black for example) AND WILL NOT PRINT USING THAT (empty-but full) CARTRIDGE. The printer defers printing to the color cartridge only. It is nearly full (factory cartridge). Suggestions? udornf4@iwon.com
